I was a little upset when CHC would be late or non existent on updates to the official hurricane statements. This was especially true when one statement was used to refer to a media argument on whether the system was a tropical storm as NOAA had stated or a Class 1 Hurricane as CHC was stating. The total speed difference was less than 5 knots! Who cares I just want information that has not been dumbed down by talking heads whose heads are where the sun don't shine. TV coverage was abysmal....
